“Single Window” for export-import operations is being put into operation

On March 27, 2019, the “Single Window” portal for export-import operations will be placed in operation. The project is implemented by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

Using the “Single Window” portal, participants of foreign economic activity will be able to provide in a standardized form through a single access channel the information required to carry out export and import operations. At the same time, the portal provides an opportunity to obtain preliminary information necessary for importing/ exporting goods.

Basic elements of the “Single Window” portal:

Obtaining electronic permits and licenses;
Electronic services for obtaining the status of a person carrying out activities in the field of customs;
Electronic customs declaration;
Electronic services for issuing customs preliminary decisions;
Integrated customs tariff;
Directories and document registries;
