The State Revenue Committee recommends the customs clearance of goods directly at the border

in places of movement of goods

In order to develop the country’s transit potential, the border checkpoints “NUR ZHOLY”, “KALZHAT” function on the border of Kazakhstan and China, each of which has Transport and Logistics Centers with a developed coherent infrastructure (storage rooms for storing and inspecting goods, concrete platforms for parking vehicles, necessary office and residential premises to accommodate all the necessary support services, etc.).

In the process of designing customs posts, the regulatory requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union, world experience and infrastructure solutions were taken into account, due to this the time to pass the border takes about 30 minutes.

All conditions have been created for the customs clearance activities directly at the border, which excludes additional barriers such as customs transit clearance, provision of financial guarantees, customs escorts, which place additional and temporary burdens on importers and additional control by state authorities.

In this regard, the State Revenue Committee MF RK recommends customs clearance of goods directly at the border in places of movement of goods.
