The draft order «On suspension of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2024 № 169 «On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2021 № 927 «On the introduction of amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2021 approval of the form of the declaration of income and property of an individual and the rules for its preparation» (hereinafter referred to as the Draft).

     This order is planned to be suspended until the developers develop and implement in information systems the form of Declaration of Income and Property of an individual (form 270.00).

      All interested citizens can take part in the discussion of the draft regulatory legal act.
