5 YEARS TO STATE REVENUE BODIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The joint conference of the State Revenue Committee MF RK and Taxpayers Association of Kazakhstan with the participation of taxpayers was held in the Congress center of EXPO.
The event is dated to the 5th anniversary of the formation of state revenue bodies of Kazakhstan.
The conference was attended by Vice-Minister of Finance Kanat Bayedilov, Vice-Minister of National Economy Madi Takiyev, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Marat Sultangaziev, Chairman of the Management Board of the Taxpayers Association of Kazakhstan Zhannat Ertlesova, representatives of the State Revenue Departments for the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and regions, the participants of foreign economic activities and taxpayers. In total more than 1000 people participated in the conference.
During the conference, the conceptual issues among taxpayers related to changes in tax legislation and IFRS were considered.
During the conference, issues related to the progress of the Tax Amnesty for SMBs, individuals, including: the current situation on the tax debt of SMBs, the conditions and benefits of Tax Amnesty for SMBs and individuals. The issues of cameral control were also touched upon. In particular, the objectives, the current situation, the benefits.
Issues of creation, current situation and advantages of Electronic invoices, special tax regimes, including: the purpose of the introduction of a three-component integrated system, the current situation, incentives were discussed by the participants.
The situation with the transition to cash registers, electronic customs declaration, information system of electronic customs declaration "ASTANA-1" was discussed among the participants.
At the end of the event, the taxpayers – participants of the conference expressed their gratitude for the organized feedback and congratulated the employees of the state revenue bodies on the 5th anniversary.
