Today, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan summed up its activities for the 1st half of this year.
 
The meeting of the Board, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhamaubayev E.K., was attended by Chief of Staff Egemberdy E.K., Vice-Minister of Finance Birzhanov E.E., Chairman of the SRC Zhanalinov D.E., the leadership of the Committee and heads of territorial departments of state revenue.
 
During the meeting, the reports of the Chairman of the Committee Daniyar Zhanalinov, deputy chairmen on the main activities of the department were heard.
 
According to the results of the 1st half of 2023, in comparison with the same period of 2022, tax revenues to the state budget increased by 1.8 trillion tenge (25.5%), including republican by 1.2 trillion (25.6%) and local by 598 billion (25.4%) tenge.
 
Today, 42 types of public services are provided to individuals and legal entities, 38 of them in electronic form.
 
In the 1st half of the year, 12 million public services were provided, of which 99.3% were in electronic form. As a result, turnout calls to Service Centers have been reduced by 20%.
 
In his speech, Yerulan Zhamaubayev outlined the importance of ensuring the revenue side of the budget by taking comprehensive measures to reduce the "shadow" economy and further improving tax and customs administration, including through its digitalization.
 
Also, the issues of bankruptcy of individuals, universal declaration, prevention of capital withdrawal from the country and anti-corruption were discussed.
 
Following the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance identified further tasks and gave a number of specific instructions to improve the activities of the Committee.
