The amendments were developed as part of improving the procedure for carrying out customs clearance of goods by officials of state revenue authorities, in order to bring the procedure for carrying out customs clearance of goods by officials of state revenue authorities in accordance with current practice. Editorial amendments and legal technical amendments are also being made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts».
