The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order “On amendments to the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 30, 2019 No. 411 “On approval of the form of the decision on recognition of the notice of elimination of violations identified by state revenue bodies based on the results of cameral control, not executed, and the timing of its issuance." (Hereinafter - the draft Order), which provides for the following changes:

1. Changes in the text of the Order, as well as in Appendix 1 of the name of the state body – «state revenue authorities» to «tax authorities»;
2. An amendment is made to Appendix 1 of the Order regarding the exclusion of subparagraph 2) paragraph 2 of Article 96 of the Tax Code, since no decisions are made on notices to eliminate violations identified by tax authorities based on the results of desk control with a medium degree of risk.
