Zhulmukhambetov Kairat Basgaraevich was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department of Atyrau region.

Today, on 14 May 2019, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamayev Talgat introduced Zhulmukhambetov Kairat Basgaraevich to collective of the State Revenue Department of Atyrau region.

Zhulmukhambetov Kairat Basgaraevich, born in 1976, Kazakh, has a higher education. His labor activity in tax authority was started in 1997. He held various positions in the Tax Committee of Kostanay region. He worked as a Deputy Head of the Tax Department of Atyrau region, Head of the State Revenue Department of West Kazakhstan region, North Kazakhstan region. From 2017 was a Director of Tax Methodology Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 13, 2019, he was appointed as a Head of the State Revenue Department of Atyrau region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
