PRESS RELEASE

Nurmuldin Dulat Nurakhmetovich was appointed as an Acting Head of the State Revenue Department of Turkestan region.

Yesterday, on 14 May, 2019, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev introduced Nurmuldin Dulat to collective of the State Revenue Department of Turkestan region.

 Nurmuldin Dulat Nurakhmetovich, born in 1967, Kazakh, has a higher education: graduated from the Omsk State Agricultural Institute, the Modern Institute for the Humanities in Moscow, Kokshetau University of Humanities and Economics.

He started to work in the tax system from 1992.

He started his labor activity as a tax inspector of Tax Committee of North Kazakhstan region; he worked as a Deputy Chairman, a Head of Tax Department of South Kazakhstan and Akmola regions. From 2014 to 2015 he worked as a Deputy Akim of Akmola region, from 2015 to 2019 – Secretary of Maslikhat of Akmola region.

By the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 14, 2019 he was appointed as an Acting Head of the State Revenue Department for Turkestan region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
